Friends of the Superior National Forest Partnership
Our public lands need our support! For these projects, we’ll be partnering with the nonprofit Friends of the Superior National Forest (formally known as Northwoods Volunteer Connection).
These events are free, and camping is often provided. No experience is necessary for most projects. This can be a great opportunity to meet neat people, learn new skills, and discover cool places to explore.
The links below will provide more information and allow you to sign up directly with the Friends. Contact anna@adventureecologies.com after signup to connect to carpool or for help finding gear.
More opportunities to come!
While we probably could get away with operating small guided trips without the paperwork, integrity and supporting the public lands we use is important to us.
We’re in the permitting and licensing process for additional backcountry adventures. Join our email list to be notified when additional opportunities are available - likely 2026. Until then, check out the cool camping and volunteering opportunities above.
Thank you for your patience!
