Whether you need assistance or can give assistance, you belong.

Emergency Grant Fund Program

Have you had an unexpected expense pop up that you can’t pay for? Are you choosing between paying one bill or another, or worried about where your next meal will come from? Apply for an emergency grant. Emergency grants are not loans, there is not the expectation that you’ll pay them back. They are not meant for ongoing expenses and we’ll happily try to connect you with other community resources if your needs are beyond what we have the capacity to help with.

Emergency Fund recipients will have the option to share their story with the community if they choose to, but they may also remain anonymous.

Sometimes we just need a helping hand. Some of us might not have spare funds to donate but we can share our time and skills with others. Fill out this form if you’d like to be a part of our network. We feel that everyone wins when we connect, and it’s great if we can get things done without breaking out our wallets.

Don’t think you have skills to offer? You’d be surprised. Sometimes someone just needs a spare set of hands or someone to hold the ladder for them.

We do ask that, if you’re doing projects that required a licensed contractor or city permits that you make sure to do your paperwork. While Adventure Ecologies will work to connect you with cool folks to help, we cannot take on responsibility for the projects or the help that you receive.

Gear and Equipment Share

Do you have a wheelbarrow, ladder, or other household tool that you could lend to someone? Let’s try to break out of the consumption chain and save some money for adventures. Why not share outdoor adventure equipment too? As with anytime you’re sharing with friends, it’s expected that you’ll return the equipment in good condition (unless they say they are giving it to you)!
